Very good! Sound delicious. I will try it. But one thing you can use Sea Salt there are two kinds of Sea Salt in our city White or Black ? Thanks for sharing.

That’s interesting never heard about the clean function! Seems like a great idea, I actually have a very small oven without a clean function at the moment but I’m intrigued and will have to give this a shot some time.

I just read to bake the pizza at an extreme temp use the self clean function…could be interesting …I love the natural gas barbeque…Cheers from Kelowna

I love your blog! 2 pizza places worth trying Marcelo’s and Lombardo’s, both on the Drive.
My trick to homemade pizza? Bake the crust on it’s own for 5 or 6 mins till starting to brown , then take out of oven, add sauce (very thinly spread) and toppings and bake another 7 or 8 mins. Results, cracker thin crust=Pizza Perfection!

Have you tried Zaccarys on Oak St? That’s my favorite pizza place in Vancouver.
